Our mission, to be the premier land management company. Soterra LLC currently manages over 250,000 acres of land in the Southeastern United States. The company's primary objective is to obtain the highest value for our land while following the principles of the Sustainable Forestry Initiative®.
We use advanced silvicultural techniques to improve the productivity of our timberland, which increase the yield of forest products over a period of time. We sell our timber to a variety of customers, who manufacture products people use in everyday life such as paper and building materials.
Our team strives to provide memorable recreational experiences on our property as well. We’re serious about delivering the best wildlife habitat on our property. Whether it’s hunting a wild turkey or that big buck, we are here to help satisfy your needs. We currently have leases in Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
