Established in 2006 as a partnership of 3 businessmen, LandMAX originated as a land acquisition company with the intent of growing a company based on Kingdom business principles. Guided by the vision of John Sojourner, entrepreneur and business partner in the company, LandMAX has grown into a company with multiple divisions - LandMAX Timber Company, Inc., LandMAX Properties, LLC, and LandMAX Holdings, LLC. The company is now setup to serve landowners across parts of Mississippi & Louisiana in harvesting and managing timber, marketing and selling real estate, and developing properties for hunting and recreational purposes.
His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Forest Resources at Mississippi State University and a Master of Business Administration from Belhaven College. Upon graduating from Mississippi State, Keith worked at Forestry Suppliers, Inc. for 11 years before joining the LandMAX team of foresters and real estate agents in 2012.
