Delta National Forest Mountain Biking Trails Updated:05/2016

The National Forests in Mississippi offer approximately 70 miles of trails that are accessible by mountain bike. Generally, the trails are hilly and wind through pine and hardwood forests.

There are over 50 miles of multiple use trails on the Delta National Forest. Visitors who wish to use this trail system by ATV, horse or bicycle must obtain either a day use or annual special recreation permit. Parking is available at all trailheads. Permit holders may travel the designated trail only. Trails are open to ATV/UTV's less than 48 inches in width. No cross-country travel allowed except for horses or big game retrieval. All other roads such as old logging roads and user created trails are closed unless posted open. Visitors should follow safety regulations, be aware of hunting seasons, and utilize forest maps for exact trail locations.
