Facilities include a concrete boat ramp down to the Little Sunflower River, 2 primitive campsites, chemical toilet (SST), interpretive display, 3 sheltered picnic tables with grills, and a parking area for vehicles and trailers. Potable water is available at the Delta Work Center. No user fee for day use. For camping reservations, contact the District Office.
Directions
From Rolling Fork, take HWY 61 south for 18 1/2 miles. Turn north on Omega Road for 1/2 mile. Turn east on Dummyline Road for 3 1/2 miles to Little Sunflower Recreation Area.
Accessibility
Steep boat ramp, greater than 20% slope. Gravel parking area is accessible.
